 Looking for something to do for Father’s Day? Bring Dad (Moms are welcome, too!) to the Ellis Reference & Information Center on Saturday, June 19, 2010 to learn the art of fishing for Great Lakes Steelhead.
Ken Jaynes, local author of "An Expert’s Guide to Great Lakes Steelhead Fishing: Methods, Tactics, & Strategies" and successful steelhead fisherman, will instruct participants in the art of Great Lakes Steelhead Fishing. Ken will discuss all aspects of fishing for steelhead, including the best equipment to use, productive streams within a 3-hour drive, and a variety of successful methods. Learn how to “play the fish” and how the acronym "A FISH’N" and other triggers can affect the number of strikes steelhead will attempt. After the program, Ken will sell and sign copies of his book.
